Used-Pcs.com does not offer a money back guarantee. We do stand behind our
products with a 120 day warranty (see
warranty statement for details). If you decide to return your purchase
within 14 days of receipt, contact us for a Return
Authorization Number (RMA) and we will accept the product back and charge
you a 15% restocking fee of the purchase
price - freight costs are non-refundable.
Returned items should be clean and in original condition. No refunds on
customer damaged product, or product damaged in
return shipping. Returns must be in original packaging with any enclosed
documentation and accessories.
Please Note:
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14
days of delivery, and you have obtained an RMA Number.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your
own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery
service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
