Warranty Statement

Used-PCs.com Corporation (Seller) offers a 120-day warranty on all merchandise sold. The warranty period commences on the day the product is received and lasts for 120 calendar days.

The warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. In no way will seller be liable for loss of data or income due to failure of merchandise. Warranty does not cover abuse or neglect by customer. Seller will repair or replace the defective merchandise at our discretion. The buyer is responsible to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to sending the merchandise back for repair. The buyer is responsible to ship the merchandise back to Used-PCs.com Corporation at their expense and in the original pack material. Seller is not responsible for damage in return shipping due to improper and insignificant packaging.
